Promotion Hopefuls Drumaness Too Hot to Handle.

Aghaderg senior footballers and management will be glad to see the back of the month of June as they were defeated for the fourth time when promotion challengers Drumaness comprehensively defeated them by 2-21 to 0-3. The night and the month ended on a low note as they lost two more players to injury during the match as James McGrath and Thomas Lennon both had to retire injured. From an Aghaderg point of view Paul McGrath in goals and Kieran Maguire at centre forward were outstanding and got best support from, McAvoy and Connolly in defence and Devlin in the full forward line.
Next match –v- Dromara at home Fri July 1^st. This is the first match of the second series. Hopefully the two week rest period will give a number of players an opportunity to recuperate and management an opportunity to pick from a more complete panel.
