Breakfast With The Players

On Sunday 29th January Down GAA are hosting a ‚Big Breakfast Morning With the Players‚at four locations in support of the Down Teams Training Fund.

The idea is very simple; Breakfast will be served from
8.30 am to 11.00 am in the following locations, Canal
Court Hotel Newry, Slieve Donard Hotel Newcastle,
Wellington Park Hotel Belfast and Delilicious in
Portaferry.

At each of these locations members of the Down Senior Panels, Football and Hurling will don their Chef Hats and will be the people serving you your breakfast.

It will be an ideal opportunity for supporters to meet the players prior to the commencement of the Allianz Leagues.

Young and old are all invited to come along,
have a nice cooked breakfast and make a minimum
donation of £5.00 per person to Down GAA Team Training Fund.
County Chairman Seamus Walsh welcomed the enthusiasm of the
players and Management for this initiative stating that: The willingness of our players and management to assist with
fundraising whilst at the same time enjoying the opportunity to meet and greet supporters is much appreciated by all within
the County.

So we urge all Down fans come out and show your
support for the Team and at the same time enjoy a
nice breakfast by joining us all in the location closest
to you, The Canal Court in Newry, The Slieve
Donard in Newcastle, The Wellington Park in Belfast
or Delilicious in Portaferry.
Breakfast served from 8.30am to 11.00 am at all
locations.
