Tuck Shop Now Selling Mouthguards!

In Gaelic football, wearing a mouthguard is mandatory for all games and practice sessions. This rule applies to all players, regardless of age or grade, and has been in effect since January 1, 2014.

Key Points to Remember:

Mandatory: Mouthguards must be worn in all training and matches.

All Players: No exceptions—every player must comply.

Referee Action: Players can be cautioned or sent off for not wearing one.

Player Responsibility: Each player must bring and wear their own mouthguard.

Insurance Warning: Players not wearing a mouthguard are not covered under the GAA Player Injury Scheme.

Stay safe and covered—mouthguards now available at the tuck shop for £5 and can be moulded there and then if required.
